INDIVIDUAL WORK

EACH student should upload at least TWO things he/she would like to share with the class.  It can be a video, news article, cartoon, picture, jokes, etc.  These can be original or something you found on the Internet.  If it's something you got from the Internet or some other place, give credit to the source.  Of course, anything you upload must be in ENGLISH!

TASK:  Share TWO things with the class.  Use separate entries. Write a short paragraph (3-5 sentences) explaining what you are sharing and why you are sharing it.  You can also ask questions for readers to answer.

DATE DUE:  April 15, 2011

  1. I am putting this article for which there is very interesting one for which I like for that it has to see very much with the profession of infirmary and other one is that we are going to see many cases like that in the hospital that we work.

THE UNUSUAL CASE OF A MAN WHO LIVED WITH A KNIFE IN THE HEAD

A Chinese man lived for four years with the leaf of a knife of approximately 10 centimeters lodged at his cranium. As it counted, during all this time the man had suffered headaches, an unbearable migraine, besides difficulty in the speech, spontaneous hemorrhages and enclosedly problems in the speech, which made it peregrinate for four years for several hospitals of China
The surprise came when in one of them the doctors did a X-ray photography to him, where they discovered a leaf of knife of ten centimeters lodged at the head.
Apparently, the man suffered four years ago an assault in that his attacker crossed with the same knife the jaw, which left the knife lodged at the right part of his face during four years.
